How do I book a party theme?

How much does the party hire cost?
Our party hire packages start from $125 for 8 guests. Please see individual party packages for prices as they do vary.
Do your parties accommodate taller and older children?
Party Wishes does have full height trestle tables and tall stools for older children that may like to use one of our party theme packages.
Do you deliver and set up the party?
Party Wishes does only offer a service to deliver and collect the party at an extra cost. Please contact us for a quote.
Will the party package fit in my car?
You will need to make sure that your car boot is empty and that you have at least one free seat to pop some boxes on. If there is more than one party table, then the tables may need to slide behind the drivers seat. This may mean that there will be no leg room for any children sitting in the back of the car, so if possible we advise that you do not bring any children who need to sit in the back to the collection for parties with more than 12 guests. Please call if you have any questions.
When can I collect the party set I would like to hire?
Collection of party sets is generally on the Friday before your party (if it is over the weekend), or the day before (if midweek), between 12 to 2pm. The party can then be returned the following Monday between 12 to 2pm, or over the weekend if that suits you better. We are flexible!
I can't make it to your collection times... Are these flexible at all??
I understand that you may work and have kids to juggle! I am happy to arrange collection and return times that fit in with your busy life. Please let me know when you enquire if you will need alternative collection & return times.
What if I only want the tables and/or stools?
Party Wishes will rent you tables for $20 each, and stools for $2 each for a 24 hour period. We can also rent you a tablecloth for $10 if available.
My party is for more than 20 guests, does this cost extra?
A party for more than 20 guests will require a third table at an additional cost of $20, plus $8 per extra guest. Not all of our parties can provide for this many guests, please contact us to confirm.
How do I pay for my party hire package?
You can pay Party Wishes in cash or by direct transfer.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, you will need to pay a $50 deposit to confirm your party reservation and show that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions. This deposit is non-refundable but is transferable with at least 2 weeks notice or less in the case of an emergency.
Do I need to pay a security bond?
We do require a $100 security bond to be paid for the safe return of our hire items. This is returned via direct transfer within 48 hours of party equipment being returned undamaged to allow time for the equipment to be checked.
Do I get a printable invitation with my party?
Yes! All of our party packages come with complimentary print-at-home invitations. The printable invitations will be emailed to you after your deposit is received.
